Short Bio
Husband & Wife duo. We have been called by God with the power of the Holy Spirit, the “Four Winds”, to restore people “the dry bones” . We provide speed/agility, power/strength, stability and endurance training. We believe with God all things are possible. Pulling from our own experiences and training we train others to keep moving: athletes, weekend warriors, kids and elderly. Husband, Steve, provides power and speed. Wife, Kelly, trains up individuals with stability and endurance. Steve has a background in Spartans, Track and Field Sprints and Football. Kelly pulls from her Military, martial arts, dance, and endurance training background. Both have extensive backgrounds in rehabilitative training. Our logo is a working Logo. Ultimately we want the letters to look like dry ground become more solid from the number 4 through the W into the F. 4WF
