(Incubator defense) – Angelo Serrano

Ideating:

For this project we had to ideate because we had to come up with our teams norms so that everyone in our group knows what they are expected to do.

For this group project we had to ideate by coming up with the team roles and assign the members with different parts so that they know what they are supposed to do when it comes to business, interviewing and etc.

Analyzing data:

For this project we had to go to this website about road trips and analyze the data and information used to make the website possible also we looked at the resources and made a table for the customers wants and needs for the website trying to understand how to keep a website going and looking at the things they did and in the future we are going to use this for business also when creating a website.

For this project we had analyze data by analyze a person that would usually go to star bucks and creating his lifestyle for drinking coffee.

For this project we had to analyze the people that we were going to use for our persona so we need real people, and we look online.

For this project we had to analyze text for the Nintendo switch product and what are the aspects of the product and how it solved problems of other game consoles also we got ideas on how other people thought about the product, good and bad feedback.

Thinking visually:

Our team had to think visually about different types of ideas so that we can use that idea to start making a new prototype and finding out a way to make our new idea better than the competition.

So basically this was our finale script pitch before thanksgiving break and now we are finding ways to improve the pitch and the visuals.

For this project we had to prototype about how our ideas for babysitting will standout with the rest of the competition by creating a graph and answering question regarding the these we are going to do different someone everyone else.

In this project we had to calculate numbers of people that use babysitting websites and the amount of kids that need babysitter and other things, once we did this we had to add the percentage and get a number that relates to amount of the years he would have to work to get this much money or the percentages of the people in the money system. This shows prototyping because we are putting together a math form and solve math problems to get number and information about the public of the babysitting community.

Feedback:

In this picture it shows feedback from the other artifact the (FUNNEL WEB PROJECT) people went around giving feedback on what they think about the script so we can improve or change some things about it. This shows feedback because it’s giving a list of things that are positive and things that are not so positive about the picture.

Reflecting:

my team had to reflect on each other behavior in the classroom and we have to give each other number based on good scores and bad scores so that my team mates have better understanding on what they need to work on to be more successful.

For this project me and my team had to come up with assumptions on what we might need the most and things that we don’t need we as the team showed reflecting because we had to reflect and look at what are the consequences for not having these things and what are the benefits of having them.

Pitching:

Me and my team were pitching our idea to the class room and get feedback from our classmate on things we have to research.

Writing:

In this project we used writing to write a email to our random mentor so that they can help us with our business idea and other problems our team might have.

In this project we had to make a funnel web that shows how we as the company are going to get people to join our website, and the ways we are going to keep our customers coming to our website by giving little gifts when they join. This shows writing because we had to write and think about and we are going to put on the document think of certain ideas that will keep the customers interested.

Storytelling:

In this project we had to create a template that shows what our business is like in so many words, Straight to the point and simple. This project shows storytelling because after we have created this my classmates got to see it and visualize what our company and business is.

For this project me and my team had to find financial information about how many kids are in the us to how many parents use babysitting website after that we had to find the costs of buyers Users and viewers for different babysitting website and just gathering information and percentages so that we can use it for our website. This is problem solving because we are solving equations and adding numbers and percentage to get a result.

In this project we as the team had to come up with things that we would need to build a website and explaining what each one would be used for, this shows problem solving because once we get all of this information to how to build a website we would use it for The financial model and everything else so that we can gather information to know how to set these things up and problem solve to build our website and make everything else that we need.
