Antoneya Banks-Graves is the CEO of Elite Organizational Consulting, specializing in individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. She has 20 years’ experience in organizational behavior. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Behavior and is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Organizational Development. Her work focuses on research, assessment, training, coaching, and development with subject matter expertise in organizational communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and team building.
Antoneya’s work involves customized training and interventions. She works with organizations to design and facilitate programs focused on building competencies and processes identified as important for their leaders. She is also an Executive Coach of high-level executives for profit and non-profit organizations.
